in 2012 and he is a great fan of local products! Every place, city, region or country can communicate with people through cooking, which is a good representation of every social group. Over recent years, Stefano also passionates himself with many advanced cooking techniques.
Three words can describe the work of Stefano: passion, nature and happiness. The first one inspires and supports him in the search for new solutions. The second one is an example to emulate and to be considered as a starting point. Finally, the last one is the sentiment he can feel when a customer honors him with his presence. Futhermore, we could also use other words to explain the great job of Stefano: taste, well-being, health, friendship, good company and gratitude.

in the selection of the best and healthly ingredients for the bonus food of the European astronauts. Nutrition is also an important concept of Samantha Cristoforetti Futura's mission, scheduled from November 2014 to May 2015.
